What you share with us

Goodname Growth collects the business details, goals, contact information, and service interests you provide when asking for an assessment or contacting our team. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use your information to assess your request, respond, prepare a proposal, and manage our working relationship. Submitting an assessment does not subscribe you to an automated marketing campaign.

Service providers

Assessment information is stored in our application database. Our self-hosted Chatwoot support platform handles inquiries and conversations. Amazon SES delivers email. Cloudflare supports website delivery and security. These providers may process information in countries outside your own.

Measurement and attribution

Anonymous measurement is optional. If enabled, we count page and interaction events without sending your contact details or goals into analytics. Referral campaign information may accompany your inquiry. See the cookie page for storage details and controls.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiry information while needed to handle your request and any resulting service relationship, and as required for legitimate recordkeeping. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information by replying to your assessment email or using our contact form. We assess requests against applicable requirements.
